Woodcock Nature Center is the only nature center serving Wilton and Ridgefield. The nature center preserve includes 150 acres of state protected land, 4 miles of hiking trails, a natural playground and many unique spots for birdwatching, picnicking and gathering. Woodcock offers environmental focused community programs, preschool and afterschool classes, and it’s wildly popular summer camp runs from June through August.

The grounds are open to the public free of charge from dawn to dusk daily. Office hours are 9am-3pm, Monday-Friday.
