Frederick Durocher Jr is a junior in the Playwriting and Screenwriting program at SUNY Purchase. His short play The Wrong Time was performed in the 2025 New Plays Now showcase at Purchase College, and Morning Ritual was read at Capital Repertory Theatre’s Next Act New Play Summit in 2024. Alongside his writing, he has produced shows at SUNY Purchase — including the 2025 Student Written Play Festival and the 2026 Purchase Variety Show — and read stage directions for The Experiment, which premiered at The Tank in New York City. The Wanderlust Roadrunner is dedicated to his Uncle Allen, the best storyteller he knows.
