Jacqueline Goldfinger’s a playwright, dramaturg, moderator and teaching artist.

Being a teaching artist is deeply rooted in her practice. She enjoys working with both children and adults to crack open new worlds through theatrical exploration. She works with a wide range of educational organizations including University of Pennsylvania, McCarter Theatre, PlayPenn, Rutgers Writers Conference, University of California, San Diego, University of California, Davis (upcoming), University of the Arts, DataArts Education, and Philadelphia Young Playwrights. She is also a KC-ACTF traveling mentor and Co-Founder of The Foundry.
As a dramaturg she has worked with companies including PlayPenn, Philadelphia Theatre Company, Arden Theatre, North Coast Rep, Native Voices, La Jolla Playhouse (assistant dramaturg/artistic assistant) and Center Theatre Group (dramaturgy/new work intern). She sits on the Board of the Literary Managers and Dramaturgs of the Americas (LMDA). She is also an artistic adviser to Orbiter 3, The Greenfield Collective, and Director’s Gathering.
She’s worked as a panel moderator and guest speaker. Past panels include Current State of Arts Journalism (Philadelphia Theatre Company), Shakespeare in Contemporary Practice (Annenberg Center/Kelly Writers House), and Working in the Arts (Agnes Scott College).
