Thrown Stone performs at Ridgefield Conservatory of Dance, about an hour North of New York City.
Ridgefield is 30 minutes north of Westport, an hour west of New Haven, and about 70 minutes south of Hartford.

Parking

Several parking options are available in the Main Street area. Access to the closest municipal lot is via Big Shop Lane, directly next to Ridgefield Conservatory of Dance on the east side of Main Street.

Posted time limits are for weekday parking. There are no restrictions during the weekend.

Summer Tuesday and Thursday Evenings

Parking can be a challenge on Tuesday and Thursday evenings during the summer when CHIRP concerts perform in Ballard Park. Please allow extra time for parking if you’re traveling on these days.

Recommended Stations

  1. Katonah, NY
    Locals will tell you more trains stop at Katonah, and it’s a quicker trip from the city. Take the Harlem Line from Grand Central. Ridgefield Drive “UR” Car Service can have you strolling Main Street in 25 minutes.
  2. Branchville, CT
    The New Haven Line also offers service to Branchville. It’s a longer train ride, but Ridgefield Drive “UR” Car Service can have get you to Main Street in only 5 minutes.

Airports

Danbury Airport is a short 10 minute ride from Ridgefield and caters to small rentals and privately owned planes.

Westchester County Airport is approximately 27 miles from downtown Ridgefield via I 684.
