Now Hiring: Production Interns
Thrown Stone Theatre Company’s Production Intern is a temporary part-time exempt role (ending August 7, 2022) with a company dedicated to, as our mission states, engaging our region with new and reimagined theatre in intimate settings, creating a body of work that moves, connects, and challenges all who join the conversation.

The Production Intern is a valued position that reports directly to the Production Stage Manager, Jordan Moore.
The duties of the Production Intern include:
- Scenery changes (running crew)
- Prop placement
- Additional work calls as needed
- Repertory changeovers as scheduled
- Show strike the evening of August 7
- May be called on to operate light or sound board
Qualifications
- Thrown Stone requires all staff to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Previous running crew or technical theatre experience a plus
- Able to self-report to work
- This position is physical in nature — the ability to climb ladders, lifts, reach above head, bend, kneel, stoop, push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds
- Thrown Stone is currently seeking candidates residing within 50 miles actual driving distance to Ridgefield, CT. Housing and transportation are not provided.
Dates: July 12 – August 7
Production Assistants are required to attend the following rehearsals and all performances.
- 8 out of 10 rehearsals: July 12-13; July 19-20
- 4-6pm rehearsals July 14, 15, 21, 22
- 12-6pm rehearsal July 17

Compensation
- This is a temporary part-time position paid $390 per week, 26 hours per week
