Plays are written to be heard. Out loud. The playwright can only get so far by performing it to his cat. So come hear a reading. The cat will thank you.
In a workshop we’ll gather around a particular manuscript for one or more days, and tinker. We’ll improv, discuss, read, and perform it for each other. Then we roll up our feedback for the playwright. Everybody wins.
Sometimes, we just throw parties. Mix artists, thinkers and aficionados in a room together, and witness the cultural ferment. We’ll have these little soirees to celebrate a production, to benefit a cause, or just because.
