Jeff is an experienced marketing manager and strategy consultant. After graduating from Harvard Business School, he spent the first part of his career in marketing positions with major consumer packaged goods companies before serving president/CEO of Olympus Industries (frozen novelty company). He transitioned into consulting in 1998 with Marketing Corporation of America, leaving to serve eight years as Vice President–Marketing with Readers Digest/QSP.
Since 1998, Jeff has been the principal in K Growth Associates, LLC, an independent consulting practice focusing on marketing, strategic planning, opportunity assessment and partnership development. Multi-year clients include Time Inc. Meredith Publishing, Scholastic, Campbell Soup, Great American Opportunities, and AARP. Jeff has served on the boards of directors of a number of nonprofit organizations.
For the past six years, he has served on the Board of Directors of Harvard Business School Club of CT – Community Partners, an alumni group that provides volunteer pro bono consulting for nonprofits in the State. He has provided pro bono consulting services for over 20 nonprofit organizations. He is currently a Board member and chairs of the Projects Committee for Community Partners.
He lives in Ridgefield with his wife Linda, a former Montessori teacher. They have four grown children.
